• Develop and implement a detailed Training Plan and Manual as well as training materials. The training plan shall include a knowledge transfer and integration strategy for the transference of client training to the Virtual Academy training program.
• Responsible for the generation and distribution of all training materials. Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
• Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
• Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
• Utilize trainers with technical expertise.
• Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Must be able to propose a suitable user training plan to accommodate both new and existing employees. Training materials may include instructor leaflets, user manuals (automated and written), and/or Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), in addition to the “context-sensitive” help embedded in the application. - Top Secret Security Clearance
