Strong background of building enterprise architecture for data exchange and supporting application across multiple agencies.

Experience in Java development platform, LUCENE search engine framework with excellent understanding of NIEM, LEX, GFIPM data sharing and identity management model.

Responsible for designing data interfaces utilizing the NIEM XML standard. Existing Information Exchange Point Documents (IEPDs) specifications will be utilized if applicable.

Experience conducting data migrations by performing the design, code creation, code testing, data movement and acceptance testing.

Experience creating methods to perform data cleansing of source data during migration.

Required to perform maintenance on existing interfaces.

Ability to work with multiple client stake holders and subject matter experts in the performance of their duties.
