Description

The LPM organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities and demonstrates written and oral communication skills.

The LPM is responsible for:

The LPM frequently provides subject matter or functional area expertise for management tasks in addition to fulfilling management responsibilities.

The LPM formulates and enforces work standards, assigns schedules, reviews work discrepancies, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, goals, and purposes of the organization.

The LPM establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.

The LPM serves as senior corporate representative responsible for overall contract performance.

Some travel may be required.
