Referral Bonus
createTank offers a referral bonus of $1,500 to createTank employees and $750 to non-employees for referral of a candidate which is accepted and hired for a full-time, billable position.
All referrals must be submitted to the appropriate createTank manager currently recruiting for a specific position, and the Human Resource Department. The referral documentation required are a resume and an employee application completed by the applicant. The referral must be made with the createTank Human Resources Department prior to submittal to a customer billable full-time position. If the referred applicant is subsequently hired by createTank, the referring employee will receive a letter of confirmation from the Human Resources Department. After hire and three (3) full months of employment of the referred candidate, createTank will pay a one-time $1500 bonus to the referring createTank employee in his/her next paycheck. All awards paid to createTank employees for referrals are subject to applicable Federal State, and Local taxes. createTank may, at its sole discretion, pay a referral bonus for non-billable, full-time positions. In order to earn the Bonus, an employee must be employed by createTank at the time the Referral Bonus is payable. All full-time and part-time createTank employees are eligible to participate in this program, except
- Employees who are in the direct line of responsibility for the position which is open
- createTank Management Level Staff
- Employees specifically responsible for recruitment
- Officers of createTank
